Please check your inbox now for a welcome email from us — and be sure to add us to your Safe Sender list.

Here’s why it matters: If we’re not on your Safe Sender list, your email provider may quietly filter our messages into Spam, Promotions, or Junk — and you’ll miss the Welcome Message you just requested, plus everything else we send, such as new speaker notifications.

How to do it:

1. Open your inbox and look for an email from Sonoma Speaker Series (info@sonomaspeakerseries.com) with the subject line “Welcome to Sonoma Speaker Series”

2. Can’t find it? Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab

3. Move it to your Primary/Inbox folder and mark it as “Not Spam”

4. Add “Sonoma Speaker Series” and the email address info@sonomaspeakerseries.com to your contact list and Safe Sender list

Gmail users: Drag the email from Promotions into Primary.

Outlook users: Right-click the message → Junk → Never Block Sender.
